Highlights of the Month - May 2016

Hello There, May has been a good month of reading; I managed to get quite a few reviews done.  One thing I enjoyed this month was being able to interview an author for a book that I did for review. It was my first author interview and I really enjoyed doing it! I'm hoping that I'll have the opportunity to do more in the future. The next point that I want to mention, that I teased about in my previous post, is the tidying up that I did. I did a 'Winter Clean' (not a Spring Clean since it's winter here in the Southern Hemisphere) in my room. I chucked out all the things that I didn't want or need, packed away the things that I might use in the future, and I also packed my book shelf straight; that had previously been full of files, papers and some books here and there. If you would like to see the cleaning adventure I went on, follow me on Instagram  with my Instagram link It's hard this month to choose which was my favourite book. It's a to

My Week of Reading (23 - 28 April 2016)

Hello Everyone, I've done some slow reading this week. I finished 'Liberty and Means' by Kristin Dow, and started 'Flying by the Seat of my Knickers' by Eliza Watson. I've also been a little bit pre-occupied with other things, so I haven't gotten that much reading done. Here are some reviews that I promised: Liberty and Means by Kristin Dow: Goodreads:  Goodreads Review - Liberty and Means Amazon:  Amazon Review - Liberty and Means Genuine Jenn:  Genuine Jenn - Liberty and Means Clash of Worlds by Philip McClennan: Goodreads:  Goodreads Review - Clash of Worlds Amazon:  Amazon Review - Clash of Worlds Here is my blog review of the book:  Blog Review - Clash of Worlds As I had said previously, 'Clash of Worlds' has an author interview as well; so I hope you enjoy it! I'm probably not going to be finishing 'Flying by the Seat of my Knickers' by the end of May, but nevertheless; I'll give it a try!  L

I should be posting a review of 'Clash of Worlds' sometime this week, and then put the review links up in my next '

Last Word: I've looked around this week on various websites
