My Week of Reading (12 - 17 March 2018)

Hello Everyone,

It appears as if I've had quite a productive week - I got one review done as well as two other blog posts - one of the blog posts was my 2 Year Blog Anniversary and without further ado, here is the review that I did.

Last Word:
Besides for seeming to fly through 'Lucan' by Christine Duts; I've been able to do get some other reading done - and a fair amount of it as well. I'm hoping to get a little bit ahead in my review reading, but we'll see how that goes.
At the moment - I'm currently reading 'Doomed Spy' by J.R. Rogers and am quite enjoying it. I'm also doing some leisure …

2 Year Anniversary

Hello Everyone,
Wow! I can't believe that it's been two years already!  It's wonderful how things have slowly evolved and changed - and it's been awesome how I've started my new self-employed journey and I intend on exploring new and exciting things this year. It also means that I have more time on my hands to read - which I am thrilled about!
Anyways - one thing I do want to say: Thank you to everyone who has followed my blogging journey so far - I really appreciate all the support that I get; and I hope that you will continue with me on the next leg of my journey.
Which brings me to the next topic. For those that have been following me; you have seen that I've been reading and reviewing a little bit more, as well as taking on more things like cover reveals and blog tours. There's some other bookish things that I'm going to be tackling this year; and I'm really excited for them! For those that are new - welcome! I've now got a newsletter that you ca…

Bookish Ramblings # 6: Bookish Boxes

A new bookish addiction...and January's book
Hello Everyone,
I've decided to touch on a (bookish) topic/item that has recently come to South that I've seen in the rest of the world - and that is Book Boxes! This is something that I have seen around the Booktube community and have waited for quite a while for South Africa to catch onto the trend...and they finally have!!! The pic above is the one I got in January from The Secret Book Box along with the book.
But here's the good news - South Africa doesn't only have one book box - they've got TWO! Introducing The Book Case which is the other bookish box that is available. Unfortunately up until the end of February - I've missed out on their boxes; but I've ordered the one for March - which I'll receive at the beginning of April; which I'm really excited for!
Last Word: I love supporting these sort of things as far as I'm able to - and not just because I have an absolute book fetish! If …

My Week of Reading (5 - 10 March 2018)

Hello Everyone,
I managed to get one review out - and did a lot of reading. Other than that; it's been a relatively quiet week - besides for me watching Christian related videos since Thursday.
Sojourn by Meghan McDonnell:
Amazon: Amazon Review - Sojourn
Goodreads: Goodreads Review - Sojourn
Genuine Jenn: Genuine Jenn Review - Sojourn

Monthly Reading Goals:
I haven't gotten to this yet - If my review reading goes well; I might get to this next week.
Last Word: At the moment I'm busy reading 'Lucan' by Christine Duts; and will be doing a review on this sometime next week. I'll also be starting the second book in a series - though I will most likely only review (and reveal) this one at the end of the month. I'll also be doing a bookish blog post next week as well - and I'm excited to be talking about this topic - since this bookish trend has recently reached South Africa and I've been able to have a taste of it as well. For this I'll give you a hint - it a…

Monthly Reading Goals: Alright; so I know the one book I'll be reading; but now I can't make up my mind about two options that I have for the other part of the reading goal I'm going to do. I'm not sure when I'm going to get to these reading goals since my tbr pile is a little bit high at the moment; but I will get there at some stage.
Last Word: Since it's been quite a productive week; I've managed to pick up two books - one i…
